How long do custom orders take to process?

We generally estimate 5-7 business days for custom orders to be processed through our facility. Once processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Please note that processing does not include shipping time.

Can I return or exchange my Custom jewelry?

Custom items are truly one-of-a-kind and are final sale—no returns or exchanges. Once orders are placed, you can't cancel or make any changes, so please check your items carefully! Custom items cannot be resized or restrung.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, store it in a cloth bag or a jewelry box. Please remove your jewelry before contacting water or any chemical products. You may clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth. Please note, tarnishing of gold plated products will accelerate when coming into contact with water, lotion, perfume, and other chemical products, or if you have high PH in your skin. It is not uncommon for gold plated products to begin fading after six months of being worn often.

Are your jewelries waterproof?

Our jewelries are designed to resist water, meaning they can handle a splash or two without issues. However, they’re not completely waterproof, so it’s best to avoid things like sweat, perfume, or long soaks to keep them looking shiny and fabulous. A quick wipe with a gentle cloth now and then will keep them sparkling for longer!

What happens if an item I want is out of stock?

· If an item is out of stock, don’t worry—it may be restocked soon! Keep an eye on our website or sign up for email notifications on the product page to be alerted as soon as it’s back.

How can I be notified when an item is restocked?

· On the product page of the out-of-stock item, there’s usually an option to enter your email address for restock notifications. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s available again!

Are all out-of-stock items restocked?
